Banyuls demi-doux.
Raised in scrupulously topped-up vats then bottled early.
This dark red wine develops with time to a coppery mahogany colour.
The intense aromas of cherries, kirsch and blackberries present in the young wine develop in the bottle to give hints of figs, plums and candied fruits.
